It was exceptional. From time i stepped into the building. Is it the perfect customer service that I received from Dorothy and her colleagues, the clean apartment, and the well secured environment. The staff at Roma Courts make this place amazing! Grace, Annipur, Patrick and Ismahan are fabulous! They are attentive, caring professionals. This was my second stay at Roma, and because of the kindness of the staff, I will revisit the property. It’s my home away from home! The access to shopping and the safety of the area were perfect for solo travelers. There’s plenty of food from restaurants to markets that make staying more accessible. Thank you everyone for making my trip to Kenya Fabulous!

Nice surroundings, clean apartment, comfortable beds, friendly staff, reasonably priced, walkable to Yaya Centre. I appreciated the discretionary early check-in. I would stay again if I was to stay in the kilimani area. Only feedback is, please try to install washing machines in every apartment.
