Goof security 24/7. Clean and helpful staff. In a quiet neighborhood near the university of of Nairobi, the Uhuru park with so many recreational facilities. National museum is just five minutes walk. Karura forest trail. I have stayed at Kenya comfort for more than five times I visited Kenya. It is cheap, clean and quiet and good food .

I stay here 2 night. First to know is its lift is close from ground floor, incase you dont find anyone, just approch near Bar and tell them they will open lift. receptionist lady name LILLY, Etreamly helpfull and polite. She help us upgrade room. Excellet location, near by supee market, many resturent, a small park, big gift shopping local market. Only that basic room what expedia shows dont book. Its extremly small and no Ac. As you reach hotel ask them to show room and if you dont like upgrade it. That lady Lilly is excellent. She help us lot in shopping and othere information.

Budget, men man kan få mere for samme pris

God price, central and near mall and restaurants. Building and rooms are very outdated even that can bring a charm for someone. Friendly stuff, except that I ordered a tv remote I never got and also no toalett paper. Needed to take it from a neighbor room where no one stayed, door was open. Nice to sit outside on the balcony area to relax, drink and eat.

a great option for those on a budget

The hotel is about as close as one can be to the heart of Nairobi without tripling the price of the accommodations, perhaps a slight exaggeration but not too far off. From this Westerner's perspective, Kenya has a hot climate, so an AC would be desirable, but that feature seems to be the biggest thing separating affordable from costly options. The windows in the Kenya Comfort Hotel allowed for good ventilation. Now being in the city, beware open windows mean noise. The immediate neighborhood near the University of Nairobi though more than made up for it in street ambiance. The Hotel posts a statement of principles in employment practices that is very progressive. As one from the Pacific Northwest (Oregon), it had an almost McMenamin's feel.

Minha estadia no Kenya Comfort Hotel Suites foi bastante agradável e superou as expectativas para a categoria do hotel. O atendimento foi atencioso e a equipe sempre disposta a ajudar. O atendimento é o ponto forte do hotel; a equipe me chamava pelo nome, tão amável! O quarto era espaçoso e bem organizado, com uma cama confortável e área de estar, ideal para quem precisa de um espaço extra. A limpeza foi impecável durante toda a estadia, e o ambiente transmitia sensação de segurança e tranquilidade. A localização é outro ponto forte – fica em uma área de fácil acesso a pontos turísticos e ao centro de Nairóbi. O restaurante do hotel oferece uma boa variedade de pratos locais e internacionais a preços justos. O café da manhã foi simples, mas saboroso, com opções que atendem bem diferentes gostos. 窓閉まりません。トイレ流れ悪い。夜は向かいの店がギャンギャン騒音鳴らす。アメニティは液体石鹸のみ、ドライヤーなし。蚊帳破れてる。ドアの閉まり悪い。クローゼットは鍵を持ってくれば閉まる。 スタッフは親切。2階のレストランは夜やる事ない時にめちゃくちゃ助かる。セキュリティはなんかいいと思う。

トイレ流れ悪い。部屋狭い。カギボロボロで時々開かない。掃除スタッフ男愛嬌あり、女スタッフ無愛想。 2階のレストランマジうま。スタッフはご陽気で親切。立地最高、夜やばい奴出現。セキュリティはそこそこしっかりしてる。部屋のスリッパ、アメニティはない。ハンドソープかボディソープ兼用みたいですものはある。

バックパッカー旅行で2泊利用しました。 部屋の綺麗さはそこそこで、金額から考えると妥当かと思います。 ただ、私が宿泊した部屋だけ何故かドアの上のガラス窓が外れていて、通路の音がダダ漏れでした。蚊帳はしっかりしていたので、蚊の問題は大丈夫でしたが…。 立地は非常に良いと思います。入口を出て左にある建物がショッピングセンターになっており、すぐにアクセスできます。 また、レストランやJAVA(ケニアのコーヒーチェーン)も同じ通りにあり、非常に便利でした。 また、スタッフの方々が非常に親切にしてくれるので、そこは助かりました。 困ったことがあったときは、親身に相談に乗ってくれたり、かなり柔軟に対応いただけました。 2階がレストランになっており、ここが観光客には有名なレストランらしく、安くて美味しいです。 私が到着したとき、ナイロビがデモで荒れている日でしたが、このレストランがあって助かりました。 タンザニア行きのシャトルバス乗り場からも近く、バックパッカーしたいけど、ダウンタウンの日本人宿にはちょっと怖くて泊まれない、という人には、少し宿泊費が高いですが、いいかもしれません。 ダウンタウンとはモワアベニューを挟んで安心な側なので治安の不安は少なかったです。 ホテル自体もセキュリティにはかなり注力しているようでした。 設備を考えると、少し高めですが、立地とセキュリティを考慮すると、妥当かなと感じました。 私が宿泊したときは、このエリアではもっと安かったです。(2023年3月時点)
