Our stay was quite pleasant and the Team especially housekeeping and banqueting were very friendly and made our visit quite wonderful. I recommend the hotel to both leisure and business travelers in view of its location close to shopping malls and convenient stores as well as ease of accessibility and amazing Staff on duty over the New Year 2023 festivities.

Always a good stay here. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Shower water pressure could be better though. Does not give as much of a wonderful shower experience as should be. Pls work on this to put some pressure pump on the shower water line

The hotel was exceptional. All staff members very both friendly and professional. They were to assist in any way they could. I have stayed in a few other hotels while in Nairobi but, none of them can compare. Will definitely be staying here again!!
