Communication was improved with my second booking, thanks to Mary Stellah who ensured my stay was smooth. Facilities were convenient, and clean, with great security. Andrew Matara and Evans Khamisi were very helpful during the check in and check out process.

I score the communication as poor as my initial room did not have hot water, and my initial attempts to get this addressed was not met, until I decided to check out. Whereas this was later addressed, the people responding to clients need not be defensive and hear client feedback. That said, the facility is clean and well maintained and is in a safe area, with easy access to amenities such as shopping and hospitals.
