"I booked this room based upon its location and its access to wi-fi. The entire time we were there we had no wi-fi. Location was a little out of the way though not too bad if you could get a tuk tuk. Tuk Tuks are readily available near the mall area but not around the area which the hotel was located in. Service was not all that good either as we got charged for a food item we never recieved. And as we checked out one of the workers asked for 10 rupees for no service that was performed."
