"景色は抜群に良いところです。ただ、施設の中の掃除が行き届いていなく、オーブンやホットプレートが置いてある棚は埃だらけでした。
施設の解説がネット上であまりなかったので、よく分からず、2人で利用しましたが、どうやら大人数で利用する施設だったようです。スリッパや外履きサンダルが10人分くらい玄関口に置いてあるのを見て気づきました。
もう少しサイトに詳しい情報（冷蔵庫に食材を入れてくれるとか、調味料は何がある、サランラップやホイルはない、菜箸はないので持参を！等）が予約前に分かると良かったと思います。
この宿泊施設は電話で直接オーナーと話せるわけではないので、よく分からないまま行くといった感じで、不安を感じる部分があります。エアビーのようにオーナーと話せると良いと思いました。"

"It was nice location, very near from a tram/bus station and city center of Dogo and Matsuyama.
There are some supermarkets, onsens and post office in 15-minutes walk.
The accommodation itself was just a house and it's located in the residential area so it was very quiet.
住宅地のど真ん中にあり、普通の民家でした 。
いい意味でも悪い意味でも「暮らすため」の家ですので、羽目を外し過ぎないよう、泊る側は気を遣う必要があるかと思います。
でもその分、キッチンや洗濯機があり、長逗留や、松山に土地勘のある人なら、価値を利用し尽くせる滞在場所と言えるかと思います。
