"I travelled with my wife and I really enjoyed my stay here. I even booked another extra room for my mother-in-law. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean and smell good. The staff are great and there was one bell boy who didn’t accept a tip and he said it’s his job to be of service. I asked for another tube of shampoo because they come in small tube and I was given at once, no problem at all. Staff are great. There’s a manager there too (we supposed) who helped us secure another day booking even though they are already full. She was friendly and always all-smile! Will recommend this property to my families and friends. Great job Uma! "

"Everything else about Bernese was great, esp that they are pet-friendly. The restaurant good was great (some items excellent actually). Staff was very nice and accomodating. What I didn’t like about it was the fact that the faucet barely had water and the bathroom fixtures were quite poor. Also, and this is just a small matter that should not detract from our overall impression, there’s just too much plastic plants and flowers all around. Other than that, we recommend Bernese and will definitely be back!"

"The property was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and I like the fact that it has a real comforter. The housekeeping staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. I wished there were more choices of restaurants around the property. "

"This is a very affordable hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is very helpful. Even though their system didn't have my reservation from Expedia they worked with me and found the reservation after a while. The first room I stayed in had a wonderful hot shower. The second room the hot water was very hard to get to work and would cut off randomly. The AC in the first room worked wonderfully but the second room the AC unit was old and tired. It did cool down the room eventually but it really needs to be retired and replaced. The shower area and bathroom was absolutely wonderful. However the second room the shower divider leaked and I would always have a pool of water on the floor of the main bathroom area after a shower. One tip I can give. The big rain shower heads are nice however they clog with hard water and minerals. You really need to clean these for them to function correctly. Both the first room and the second room had shower heads that didn't function correctly due to some of the holes being clogged. The free breakfast was a bit disappointing but it was free and it was food. I really wish they would give you a bigger cup of coffee. The free airport shuttle is awesome. This makes the hotel worth it if nothing else. Also this hotel's location makes it well worth it. You are within walking distance of the 2 malls. Lots of street vendors and tricycles are always waiting to take you to further destinations at a good rate."

"friendly staff, justo the TV reception is terrible and the comms from the hotel is not very clear, when I went out they asked me to leave my card key but no mention on the booking although I refused and they let me keep it but I think it should be clear on the booking, i rented the room therefore I'm entitled to keep my key for my entire stay otherwise staff are friendly"
