"I lost my airport drivers license id because I’m time blind, and Daiana (hostel worker) doesn’t give any advice on this in her t’s and c’s. It only says that stays are non-refundable which is technically omitting anything about exchangeability. We had a mixed dorm booked. I lived north of Dublin for 4 years so next time may just not go here with my partner and visit Belfast only. "
