Room was clean and well stocked. Tv wasn’t working in 2nd bedroom but we were only there for a long weekend so not needed. I would definitely stay there again

After finding the correct property, we enjoyed every minute! Beachfront, quiet, and rooms were good! Rooms could just use a swifter once and awhile.

The private beach was great. Pool areas well maintained. Great food at restaurant on property. Appreciated having enough towels, dishwasher tabs, and laundry soap. Poor communication from office. Condo floor was filthy when we arrived. Cheapest toilet paper. Stove drawer and contents were filthy. Hinges on master toilet seat covered in urine. Both showers in need of new caulk. Worst thing was the painters working directly outside out door. Overall I'd give it 8 out of 10, and would likely go back, taking our own cleaning supplies.

The kitchen and bathroom surfaces were clean. The living room furniture was filthy. We used the extra sheets to cover the sofa and chairs so that they would be usable. The unit needs a deep cleaning.

The room was very nice and as advertised. Beach access was very easy. The view from the balcony was amazing. There were a few minor irritation: the coffee pot required coffee filters which were not provided. I had to go to three stores to find them. I later mentioned this at the front desk and they said that they had a stash of coffee filters that we could’ve had if we had just asked. It would be nice if they let people know about this in advance. Likewise things like salt pepper and sugar are not in the room and again it would be nice to know this in advance. The door to the balcony off of the living room was screwed shut and would not open. Finally the fitted sheets did not fit the beds both the King and twin beds had the fitted sheets coming off every night. Other than these things it was a beautiful comfortable room and we would definitely stay there again.

We loved everything about our stay except for finding out we had bed bugs as we were leaving. The hot tub was also green and foamy which is incredibly dangerous.

Quiet location but that also comes at the expense of not a lot of dining or shopping options within walking distance. Do yourself a favor and bring your own toilet paper!

Best family stay in MB!
Best stay ever! So pleased with condo layout. Very spacious and clean. Huge oceanfront windows in master BR. Fully stocked kitchen. Ocean front condo with beautiful views. Ladies in office were very kind and welcoming. Loved the indoor pool & hot tub. Was a bit skeptical before reserving d/t color scheme, seemed out dated. BUT everything is very well maintained and clean. This place is located at the end of the street which makes it less busy and noisy and more relaxing and enjoyable. We used 2 reward nights and price was brought down to $500 and something. Great price & stay for 4 nights! Best stay ever! Definitely will be coming back to Sands Beach Club by Capital Vacations.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Room was very clean and nice. I really love the view of the beach from the balcony. Staff was very nice. Check in was very easy and on site. It was very quiet. I will definitely be booking Sand beach club again.🙂

The property was nice Stayed 6 days, beach is wide and not crowded One of the problems was the check in I got there around 12 pm and I was told my unit is going to be ready soon..upon entering the unit , I noticed there was some things in the kitchen and living room not cleaned..but when I entered the master bedroom it was clear that the unit was not cleaned..not ready, the bad was not made, it looked like someone just slept there...then I noticed the bath looked like someone just used it, and there was no room service after the guests before me..was not happy about it, even though I got nicer unit, two bedroom and two bath with nice view... Overall I would recommend it except the mistake with my unit being ready and was not

The location is great, outdoor space is beautiful and well taken care of. The rooms are in desperate need of a renovation and a good cleaning, mold on the bathroom ceiling and around tub and shower enclosure. Staff is accommodating friendly and helpful

Nice property and room . However parking attendants were extremely rude. One even went so far as to beat on my daughter’s window and tell her she could not park there even though she was on the list and had a parking pass and screamed at me . Stated I know the president of the HOA so I don’t care who you report me too. So may think twice before staying there again. The property however was nice
