The hotel was in a great location to walk to the restaurants on the boardwalk. Easy and convenient parking at the hotel.

I had no idea it was bike week. We will not be coming back during bike week again as it made sleeping at this hotel a miserable experience

The stay started with poor service from the reception, there was a language barrier, she was irritated that I asked her to repeat herself, she began to hurry me along as I asked questions regarding parking and the tiki bar. She also reminded me that I would not get any perks bc I paid through a third party ( I never asked for perks) the room was stuffy and smelled stale! I called down the next morning to report air not working, the receptionist was rude! The housekeeper knocked on the door even with a do not disturb sign on the door! Nex day at check out did the same thing at 10:04 am , , I enjoyed the outdoor experience, the bar staff was great ! Did I mention the housekeeper didn’t have shoes on? Sooo annoyed during the stay probably won’t be staying again, it’s the experience that I remember most while vacationing, and this wasn’t a good one .

Property was one of the cleanest around the area. Staff was very helpful upon checkin. The area got a bit crowded our last couple days so we were ready to leave the area. The rooms are a little dated-electrical outlets wouldn’t hold plugs for chargers, etc. All in all, it was a good stay. If I was looking to be in the heart of the strand, I would stay here again.

We were so happy with our stay! The location is within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and despite being near so much commotion in town, we couldn’t hear any of it when it came time for bed. We loved the outdoor bar, lazy River, and close & easy access to the beach.

Perfect location for everything. Right on the boardwalk. Could get anywhere you needed to go in under 10 minutes. Property as clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Was a great place. Gorgeous ocean views and clean rooms with nice kitchen. Lots of activities. Shops, restaurants, pier, Ferris wheel, etc. nearby. I couldn’t see they had an ice maker and no restaurant but they had a little shop with some snacks and an outside bar by the pool. Indoor lazy river pool and regular pool, kind of expensive laundry facilities. Staff was very kind. Definitely recommend

Did not feel safe, room was very crow. The room was very stuffy It was very humid in there the ac was not cutting it. Also, everywhere you walked by the hotel inside the hotel inside the hotel room, It's smell like "marijuana!" Definitely not a place where you want to take your kids too!

A little pricey for the conditions, but you can't beat the location & views. The pools & surrounding areas are very clean. The entire staff is exceptional & very pleasant. The beds & pillows are not comfortable.

Carpet felt wet and smelled moldy. Staff at check in and checkout were great although checking took entirely too long. Security was very friendly. Helped with locating close parking and luggage rack. Hot tub is missing tiles that scratched my legs. Could not enjoy balcony due to pot smoke. Music was played loud and late. Beds were surprisingly comfortable even though the room was dated. Location is good but didn’t feel safe walking at night alone due to large groups of unruly teens on the boardwalk.

The property refused to grant us the room because one of our ID cards would not scan properly - although they could read it. Really upset my spec needs son - then said it was too late to cancel our room and said our fee was non refundable. Worst experience EVER - leaving us stranded after 11:00 pm.

Positives: Room was clean and comfortable. Balcony view of the beach is awesome. Great location for the boardwalk and beach. Negatives: Lots of noise in the room from the pool area and outside bar by the pool until it closes at 10pm. We were on the 4th floor. Go for higher up to avoid!

I see why this property got good reviews. I stayed one night and it was a great experience. Very clean property. I enjoyed the pool and the hot tub was pretty big. Hotel had a bar out side before getting to the beach. Great location near everything u would need. I would definitely stay again.

Super easy beach access. Like with many hotels after Covid room only cleaned on day 4 of 7. Otherwise just garbage pickup and towel changes. Lovely staff. Property quite clean and fresh despite intermittent room cleaning. Many areas near this hotel were very old. We had a great week.

Location, location! Walk to all you need or if want to venture out easy access to car and close to everything. While the hotel seemed a bit dated there was nothing dated about it. Fridge, stove, microwave in room. Beds clean and comfortable. Shower was amazing!! Staff friendly. Pools are nice. I liked that there was a bit of privacy while being right on the boardwalk. Will stay again!
