"今回３度目の宿泊。ピアスのキャッチなど落ちており踏んでしまいました。清掃などは毎回不満があります。その他は全体的にキレイでした。また、シャワーヘッドが壊れており、洗面所、キッチンからはお湯が出ませんでした。電話し、迅速な対応を受けましたが、なおらず空き部屋もない事から、お風呂に入ることは出来ませんでした。ただ返金対応や丁寧な謝罪でとても良かったです。 今回は101でしたがエレベーター前で毎回他の客の声が響きわたり気になりました。"

"The hotel was large and had good amenities but my wife stepped on a finger nail from a previous guest and then she found several more laying on the carpet. The couch was in terrible shape, the pleather was pealing off and getting everywhere. The mattresses were very hard and you could feel the springs as you were sleeping. "3대 가족여행, 방2개(1번방: 어머니, 2번방: 나, 와이프, 아기). 카이센동을 만들어주고, 카레도 나오는 일본 음식을 조식으로 체험이 가능하여 좋았습니다. 폭포 전망도 아주 좋았구요. 다만 음식 종류가 많지는 않고 딱 필요한 것들만 있습니다(오믈렛 맛있어요. 생선은 좀 비려요.). 직원들은 매우 친절하여 최대한 도와주려고 하였습니다. 승합차를 렌트하여 가져갔는데 방1개 예약당 1일 무료 주차가 적용되어 3일 중 1일치 주차비만 내고 호텔 추가 주차비 걱정없이 마음껏 왔다 갔다 했습니다. 방도 깔끔합니다. 다만 일본 시내 답게 좁긴 합니다. 욕조는 매우 깊어서 아기가 매일 저녁마다 잠들기전 제공되는 입욕제와 함께 수영을 신나게 했습니다. 텐진역도 걸어서 매일 다니고, 바로 앞에 규카츠 및 패밀리마트가 있어서 편리했습니다. 편의점은 맨날 하루를 마무리하며 다녀왔네요.ㅎ"
