"The staff were all very helpful, enthusiastic, and polite. I wish there was a gym. It's tough because with young kids that go to bed early, there's not much for adults to do at the hotel/surrounding area, except drink/eat which I didn't want to do."

"The hotel is undergoing renovations. We may have been on a floor that had yet to be renovated. A lamp and a charger were unplugged. But the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. We would stay there again. "

"First we are a family and traveled with 5 kids. The pool was WARM, we LOVE that! The BAD part of the pool is the so called “lifeguards” , not on the same page one night my kids could use their soft water ball the next nope it’s an issue. One of the lifeguards stayed on her laptop and phone the whole time barely looked up at the pool that at one point was FULL of kids! Why be there then? Now to the room. It was perfect for what we paid for. Nothing special but no complaints other than windows so t open at a for fresh air. The guy at front desk was very nice. The elevator took forever and was a bit sketchy. We would come back again though! "

"I am handicapped and have a handicapped parking placard from the state of MA. I came back after dinner to find no parking including the designated handicapped parking spots, I think I noticed 5 of them. None of the cars had handicapped parking placards or plates, then I encountered someone exiting one of the cars and kindly asked them to move as I showed them my prophetic issues my can and my handicap placard and their response was the front desk told us it was ok. The other issue is again being handicapped I couldn’t access the pool by way of the elevator to the proper floor. I had to take the elevator to the second floor and go down a flight. I picked this place to utilize the pool and the hot tub which I could not do. The room was clean and the main floor was clean however there was some construction going on and the hall way was extremely dusty, walls and in the air due to someone sanding and painting. All this together made a very unsatisfying stay"

"The property is a bid dated and worn, but the wifi, parking, vending machines, and location all came as advertised. Some areas of the room could have been cleaned better, but it wasn't anything too horrible. You get what you pay for."
