It was a lot of fun for my grandchildren for an overnight while they were not in school. Price of rooms were inflated due to it being vacation week.

Place is very expensive, front desk not very knowledgeable of facilities, place was way overcrowded, very dirty in areas, elevators are really slow even got stuck on one had to push alarm button and then after 5 minutes I had to push the open door button to get off on a floor that wasn't mine. The rooms are not updated. We stayed in 650 and the furniture was scratched and dented, the toilet ran all night and the head board wasn't attached to the bed. Did not receive map of building or an activity guide for events. The whole structure is disorganized and we will not be returning.
