"The room had a lighter left behind from the previous guest and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The carpets and floors had stains and was very dirty. There were bugs in the bathroom. Overall the room was dirty. Staff were nice and breakfast was decent."

The furniture had most definitely seen better days, the shower dripped and front door staff were we’re really friendly This may have been the last. time we will stay here"

"Hotel was wonderful! Welcoming, interesting with so much to look at, quick elevators, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool and hot tub was a huge hit for us and it was pristine! The only thing I wished for was a store available where we could buy drinks and snacks, like chocolate, popcorn and chips for later night cravings. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay! "
