Couldn't change the a/c did mention it to 2 staff members but neither could help.
Clean clean & serviced, would recommend a chair or 2 in the room.."
"Check in was fine and staff were friendly. We had to change rooms after one night but this was sorted promptly and very efficiently done. The room (with balcony) which we had for a week was very clean however the team cleaning the room didn't make up our bed particularly well on a couple of occasions (1st world problem I know!). We ate in the restaurant on one occasion and the food was ok. Waiting staff weren't the friendliest but I guess they'd had a long day and wanted to get finished. Overall, a great location if you are visiting Kaunas old town. Would we stay there again, yes."
