"When we arrived to our room, it looked very nice. However, we did have a sticky situation...there was syrup on several areas of the carpet. We put towels over those spots and notified the front desk. They were very apologetic and promised to do a deep clean on the carpet the next day. They were good to their word. When we returned after our day of adventure, the carpet was clean. No more sticky syrup. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They had good breakfast choices. "

The staff were friendly, professional, and made check‑in smooth. I really appreciated the free hot breakfast, t was well stocked and better than most hotel breakfasts. The location right off I‑70 made it easy to get around Columbia, and the indoor pool and fitness center were a nice bonus. Overall, a reliable, comfortable, and well‑maintained place to stay. I would definitely return"

"Everything was great, rooms were clean and updated. Hotel was very nice, they are doing some remodeling so there was stuff in the lobby. Only thing is the beds were uncomfortable. "

"I stayed for a week. The room wasn't the best but the beds and bathroom was clean. The room rug was torn in certain places and the curtains were stained and had small holes. It was barely and ok overall. The continental breakfast was good. I did have very loud neighbors in other rooms during one night. It was a bit scary but they left the next morning. The staff was nice and in general the hotel was clean. "

"I would stay here again, but it wouldn't be my first choice. When we first moved into the room, the light was burned out over the sink and the toilet won't refill. Worse, they appeared to have a sixth grade girls basketball team staying there for the weekend and they thought it was perfectly acceptable to allow them to run screaming and yelling down the hallway at night. Finally , I was at a meeting on Friday and happened to be on a break when I noticed a phone call from the hotel. I answered and was asked why my clothing was still in the room when I was supposed to have checked out that morning. I replied back that I had a reservation until Sunday. I then Emailed them a screen shot of my reservation and they told me to stop by the front desk for a new key when I returned. What would they have done if I hadn't answered the phone?"
