They were able to store our luggage after we checked out until it was time to check in for our flight. There were many food options and also several places to shop (including 24 hour Lawson’s!). There was a piano open for play and also a rickshaw you could ride around if interested. We managed to keep ourselves entertained for 6 hours before our flight."

"While the room size was just sufficient for our luggage, we found the laundry facilities lacking; the dryers were ineffective, forcing us to air-dry damp clothes in our room. However, despite these minor inconveniences, the overall service was exceptional. The hotel location is near the train station thus making our trips to and from Shibuya very easy. There will be a next time for us to book in this hotel."
