"Wifi is horrible.. Not to mention, I put in a medical note for my severe medical condition.And the hotel is saying I didn't leave it , even though i've sent them a screenshot and you can see it here on expedia. I have a severe heart condition and had a heart attack due to the chemicals they use in this hotel, which I explicitly asked them to air out and not use in my particular room due to this. I had to sleep on the balcony, my first night and leave the second night. Not even using the reservation. I only booked another night a week later so that they would hold my things there. And they still charged me for that. Now they do not want to refund me for the last night. Even though I will not be able to stay there and I tried to cancel well before a week in advance, they are trying to take my money even though I've already made an extra $25 off of me for the night, I already didn't stay which I didn't complain about I was just happy to breathe clean air Away from that hotel. Do not trust these people.If you have a health condition, they will not honor it.They will blame you for your own health predicament....And will toxify your endocrine and reproductive systems with toxic fragranced cleaning supplies. Even if you beg them to do otherwise. Then they will take your money. If the policy here was that you could actually go to the hotel before booking, that would be great, but I could not do that. like everyone else Here,I had to book leave my medical request and they did not say"

"Our stay at the Swissôtel Quito was a study in contrasts. While the "hardware"—rooms, breakfast, and security—is objectively excellent, operational shortcomings regarding spa management and a lack of concierge transparency impacted the overall value. Highlights: The rooms are superior, featuring high-end beds, a pillow menu, and soft towels. Room service was precise, and the breakfast buffet—with fresh waffles and churros—is a standout. We appreciated the 4:00 AM "grab-and-go" breakfast and the security team personally escorting us to our car for our airport run. The area is very safe, with a convenient supermarket nearby. Areas for Improvement: The indoor pool was consistently occupied by outside fitness classes, making it unavailable for guest leisure. Being redirected to a cold outdoor pool is inconsistent with five-star standards. Furthermore, the concierge lacked professionalism; car prices to the center fluctuated daily with arbitrary excuses. When we provided calm feedback, the reception's response was dismissive. Local recommendations also felt "outsourced" to a quick search engine rather than expert knowledge. Verdict: Fantastic comfort and location, but the third-party prioritization of the spa and the dismissive service at the front desk prevent this from being a truly premium experience."

"1 star for the front desk guy who was amazing and super friendly.. 0 stars for the noise level(howling and barking dogs all day and night), highly scented interior that's causing my illness to flare up, no hot water in the shower for the last 2 days and nights... when the hot water did work it went to scalding randomly. Extremely dangerous. People were watching porn very loud... some guy was on the patio talking on the phone with the speakerphone on. Overall I'm leaving for another hotel. I need some sort of peace and this place isn't it. Not by a long shot. Thank you to the guy at the desk. Even as I write this review, the dogs are incessantly barking. I have to put rain sounds on my phone at max volume EVERY night. Just a headache and not able to relax. Highly disappointed. I won't be back. I do not recommend. "
