Juan upgraded my room last minute to make it a more comfortable stay for me. He also spoke great English which was helpful because I was traveling solo and not familiar with that city and I only had 24hours in Santiago."

"Please inform guess they're going to a migrant shelter with no rules, loud music loud guest congrar and talk laugh until wee hours of the morning making it defficult to 😴 saw two roach! 2 🚽 1 🚿 for 16+ room's on ground floor 💡 went out twice in less than a hour, carpet not cleaned pillow case had a huge stain and lumpy😳 sheet's are thin and slip's off the plastic covered matrass 😔 thankfully I travel with my own lining 👍 area is a bit sketchy at night however it was quiet compare to inside !
