"Expedia Hotel Review – Family Stay
We had an amazing family stay in Venice. We were traveling with two children, and after an 8-hour flight delay, we arrived at 2:00 AM. Despite the late hour, the staff welcomed us warmly and could not have been more accommodating, which meant so much after a long travel day.
When we left just two days later at 6:00 AM, the hotel again went above and beyond by preparing breakfast to go and kindly seeing us off. These thoughtful touches made traveling with kids so much easier.
The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family of four. The location is unbeatable — steps from the Rialto Bridge and right next to the water bus, making Venice easy and stress-free to navigate.
This was our favorite stay of our entire trip through Europe. The front desk staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could and highly recommend it to families visiting "
"This is a beautiful hotel right off St. Mark’s Piaza, with wonderful, helpful and very knowledgeable people who work there. We had a great time there."
"Room was clean, shower was great, shower gel was so good had to buy one to take home. The location of the hotel is phenomenal right next to everything."
