"This is a new family-owned property and they are really kind and wonderful people. Very well situated, nice restaurants right across the main street (the location is slightly down a quaint alley past a small temple), and you can walk to Dasaswamadh Ghat in 5 minutes. The only reason I gave only 4 stars for the property is that all rooms are located on the first floor adjacent to the check-in desk so it can get a little bit noisy at times. "It’s a great hotel with very helpful staff and well maintained. Great restaurant and a bar available in the lobby. It’s very clean, the room is in great condition and you can get anything resolved within seconds after calling the reception. Laundry service was also quite cheap and timely. We absolutely loved this hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting Varanasi. It was probably the best service I’ve ever had in a hotel and I do travel a lot!"
