"The hotel was a convenient stop over location for our trip. Usual budget hotel. Check in was easy. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was very bland. The one reason I won't return is the electric car charging facilites for the hotel (operated by Monta Charge). The price was £0.90 per kWh. That is more than any motorway charge point and much more than other Monta hotel charging points I have used before. I would have charged before arriving had I known about this Monta rip off."

"Could be more access friendly. Doors were a challenge if you have crutches or wheelchair. However, staff were very accommodating. The stay exceeded our expectations, we shall return."

"Very comfortable stay, staff were really friendly and helpful (especially when our Sat Nav took us to the wrong village) and the breakfast was delicious. Parking was ample and the whole check in process was super. The team were very flexible and helpful when we notified them that we would not be able to arrive by latest check in time and were accommodating of our arrival time."

"In the room the carpet was filthy. The mattresses were too soft. The internet was poor. The downstairs area looked very uninviting, like it had been left to rot. It was dark and depressing. There was no nice common area to sit and relax in. The carpet on the way to the rooms looked like it hadn't been changed since the 1950s and was threadbare and dirty. The area near the landing toilets was old and smelled of sewage The whole place needs an absolutely thorough makeover."
