The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was challenging as the shower head was too heavy to stay in the holder (it was a handheld). The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch. Breakfast was okay. My partner was disappointed the pancake maker was out of order.

Yes, the room was spotless and the place very clean, but most importantly was the staff and their names were Dina and Bastian .. both of them went out of their way with amazing customer service. Perfect overnight stay between flights, great location within easy access from the airport with public transportation. Very good Italian restaurant right across the street, too!
