Our room was not clean. Some of the towels hanging on the rack were visibly dirty. This hotel is not on the airport, but in a small town 20 min away from the airport.

I had no idea such a pretty town was nearby. A great place to have walking access to food as well as the oldest brewery in the world and also easy to the airport.

This hotel is too far from the airport even thought they claim to be an airport hotel. They even do not provide a paid shuttle to airport after 10 am!! You have to use a taxi!!

The biggest surprise because they advertise an airport shuttle is there is no airport shuttle. It is only taxis for 35 euros each way! Also the sheet smelled like they were not well washed. The smell of someone who just came off a 14 hour flight

It was not worth the money paid, plus I don't know why it is call close to the airport, it is like 8 KMs away, it would have been faster to go to one close to a train station, honestly worst experience ever, the bed was horrible, the smell of the old carpet on the hallway and room was unbearable!

Great location
Lovely hotel. The town of Freising is just a short walk away so really convenient for bars, restaurants and shops. Also good for train station and getting around. Taxi for airport very easy to arrange.

Uber cheaper than non-responsive shuttle
Only issue was the shuttle from Munich Airport - I rang the hotel and the shuttle numbers given three times between 9.30am and 10.00am and no-one answered either of the phones. I ended up taking an Uber which was cheaper than the hotel shuttle!

Not near the airport
This hotel is not close to the airport. They wouldn’t answer the phone when I called for a shuttle from the airport so I had to tak a cab for 50 euros. They wouldn’t let me charge dinner to my room and wouldn’t take payment on the phone so I had to go back down to give my credit card and then they charged me twice for breakfast.

The staff was super helpful! The hotel is located in a quiet and beautiful residential area not that close to the airport, and the taxi ride to the train station in Freising only took 5 minutes (9.5 euro). I had to go to Munich to catch a train to my final destination the next day, so this worked out very well. Note that airport shuttle to this hotel is not available after 10:30 (or 11?)pm, and the taxi I took from the airport to the hotel cost 33 euro. I had great experience with this hotel!

We were forced into taking a hotel near the airport. It was nice but quite expensive. Back in the USA we do not use Marriot for that reason. Too pricey. The people were very nice.
