We were stranded in Munich in a snowstorm and it took us forever to get a cab. We ended up getting to the hotel at 4:30 am in the morning and the person leading the hotel had asked us to give him a call when we got to the hotel. We felt bad, but he was very nice about it and gave us a code to get the key from the lockbox, so that we were able to let ourselves in. The room was big, a little old fashioned but clean. The shower stall was rather small but functional. There were no amenities (no fridge, no water heater), but a hair dryer. The bed was surprisingly comfortable.

the hotel was quiet and had nice rooms. the staff was very friendly and helpful especially the front desk and the lady serving the breakfest buffet thanks franz pass

One night stop and rest to continue our road trip
The only reason i am giving low rating is because we were only there for one night to rest and shower. We were travelling the whole day and the next day as well and we only stopped to have shower and rest. But the shower was not working it was cold. So for 2 days we had to stay without shower. I would expect to be compensated in a better way and not only have free breakfast which was very poor anyway. I am still waiting if hotels.com can help in a way. I understand those things happen but you cant exoect to pay the full price when the service you had was definateky not full. Dissapointed

Great rooms, wonderful staff and breakfast. Gute Gästezimmer, unds Frühstück war frisch jeden Morgen. Mitarbeiter waren auch freundlich.

Hotel location is close to the Munich Airport. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The restaurant in the hotel was quite decent.

Georgenoff Hotel Stay
Staff was very helpful. This was a quick one night stay while travelling on to Austria. The staff front desk member waited till quite late as we arrived at almost 10:30 PM. He then made reservations for us at a local Greek eatery which too was quite nice. Thanks to the staff here for making our stay comfortable.

Lovely relaxing hotel
Great hotel, close to S Bahn. Nice Italian restaurant in the hotel. Perfect place if you want to stay somewhere a bit quieter than Munich

Good place for Oktoberfest
Great hotel with a friendly, helpful staff. Stayed during Oktoberfest in Munich, may seem like a fair distance from the city but the train station is literally just across the street (25-30 minute ride to Hauptbahnhof). Free wi-fi and an attached italian restaurant with a bar. Will probably book again next year.

Very decent hotel, 30-40 minute train ride into the Munich Hauptbanhof. The station is right outside the hotel. Breakfast was good as well. Would recommend.

Highly recommend
The hotels locates on the south exit of the train station. After getting out of the station, walk straight and you will arrive within 30 seconds. The reception closes at 21:00, but the staffs waited for me eventhough I was 30 minutes late. I had to leave early next morning, so the staff let me into the breakfest area for a free coffee eventhough breakfest wasn't suppose to start until half an hour later.

Quick commute into Munich
We stayed at the hotel for Oktoberfest and could not have been happier! It is literally right across the street from the train that is a 15-20 minute ride into downtown Munich. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good and hotel was clean. Would definitely stay again!

Das Hotel wirbt mit WLAN das nicht funktioniert. Man wird hingehalten das ein Servicetechniker kommt. Der bis zum Abreisetag nicht gekommen ist. Fernseher nur die ersten drei Programme. Bis Fernseher getauscht wurde. Man hat überlegt wie man uns wegen der Mängel entgegenkommen kann und am Abreisetag wurden wir dann einfach mit den Worten abgespeist: Sie haben ja schon mit Kreditkarte bezahlt. Wir Arbeiten auf Provision und deshalb können wir Ihnen nicht entgegenkommen.

Tolles sauberes Hotel um zum Beispiel die nahe gelegene Erding Theme zu besuchen. Preis-Leistung stimmt absolut, das Zimmer schön groß und sauber und das Frühstück läßt für normal sterbliche Menschen auch kein Wunsch offen. Das Hotel hat auch direkt vor der Haustür einen S-Bahnhof von dem man sicherlich auch gut bis nach München kommt. Ich würde mich dort jederzeit wieder einbuchen wenn ich in der Region wieder was unternehmen möchte.

Sehr freundliches und zuverlässiges Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück. Zimmer relativ groß, ordentlich und sauber. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Lage nahe S-Bahn-Station, etwas abseits vom Zentrum.

O check in é todo feito pelo próprio hóspede devido ao Covid. Foi um pouco complicado no início, mas depois tudo correu bem. Café da manhã muito bom. Há um restaurante grego maravilhoso na frente do hotel
