Recently stayed with a family of 4. We booked the family room that provided an extra bedroom. Stay was fantastic, check in was easy at the hotel reception just around the corner. Room was very clean and great coffee and breakfast within 100 feet of the hotel. Great location to explore the old town.

We stayed here for 3 night and loved it here. Short walking distance from the train station. The lady who checked us in was very hospitable and informative. The location was central to all the shopping and points of interest. Would stay here again. Highly recommend

BASIC sums it up. Room is simply furnished. Very clean with comfortable bed. It feels like an apartment building. We were in room 415 which was very warm even with adjustment on radiator turned off . Had to sleep with window open. Lots of outside noise that sounded like partying till wee hours of the morning. There isn’t a coffee pot in the room and no lobby or desk. Check in is in another building around the block. Clerks in the office were pleasant and helpful…. Close to train and close to Marienplatz and lots of shopping. Met our needs but definitely not an upscale accommodation.

The room was clean, but one of the beds made a squeaking noise with every movement, and there was a lingering musty smell. On the positive side, the location was excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly

Clean, comfortable budget hotel in the city center

A great budget friendly option close to public transit and the heart of Munich, with many of the major attractions within easy walking distance. The hotel isn’t fancy but is impeccably clean and modern. The only thing missing is a microwave/mini fridge, but the room is large and comfortable otherwise. Check in is at a hotel just around the corner and the staff there is very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

Room was very basic but also very clean and tidy. Bathroom was clean and everything worked. Hotel was quiet. There isn't a reception in this hotel, but the same owner has another hotel in the same block, just around the corner, that's where you sign in. I'd say this is a minor inconvenience. The personnel was very kind and professional.

We had no problems with the room or anything at all, the only thing to know is that check in is around the block from the entrance, but it is only a 2 or 3 minute walk, so be sure to check the check in instructions before you get to the door. Our bathroom had a bathtub and a shower head, and the bathtub was nice, but the shower head was pretty difficult to control. Overall a great stay, and any of the minor issues did not impact our experience in Munich!

Front deck people were extremely helpful. Nice room, clean. Only thing that would have made it better would have been air conditioning…room was warm at night.

Weird experience, it felt like a fake hotel. There was no front desk and we had to check in at a different hotel around the corner. I was not made aware of any of this until after I had made the booking. We did have a large bathtub which was nice, but the bed was super uncomfortable. Would not recommend staying here.
