It was close to the airport and had shuttle service to the airport. The breakfast was quite expensive for what was available.

.The hotel was modern and a great price and close to airport. Room was tiny though and booked two twin beds or king but got a queen.

Rooms were cosy, and very convenient being next to the airport, beds were comfy and bathroom was nice however, the downside is that the planes are loud at night. The bar and restaurant were also closed due to staff sickness? Overall a good experience and convenient if you’re travelling to Therme Erding

The hotel is very modern and hip feel. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Soap was provided. Cozy and warm room. Breakfast was fresh. Walking distance to bus stop, food market, and couple restaurants. The maintenance of the hotel seemed deteriorating. Tiles above the toilet were falling off the wall. We needed to get another room. The other room still has problem with loose tiles in the bathroom but at least it was caulked on both sides, unlike the first one.

STAY AWAY!!!
Firstly, don’t be fooled by the pictures of the rooms you’re supposed to be booking we had a completely different room than the one in the picture. We travel A LOT and this was the first time it happened, so I told the front desk crew they pretended like they have no clue what I’m talking about, but they are terrible liars you could see it in their face, and the girls at the front brought out a manager (I didn’t ask for one) to tell me it’s €20 more for the one in the picture or we can cancel our room! We only went here ‘cause it was supposed to be close to the airport but it was not and cab ride there was €25 basically the same as the shuttle bus fee for two people. Anyway needless to say go anywhere else but this place they are thieves and tricksters and clearly desperate for an extra 20 bucks so pathetic. The rooms are EXTREMELY tight we didn’t have enough room for two carry on and one luggage, the bathroom was moldy on the corners and there was a used tooth paste in the bathroom on the counter beside the sink and garbage already in the garbage as if someone had just left and they never bothered to clean the room. Breakfast options were also terrible. Oh and it looks like they converted an office building to a hotel you have to go to another building to get to your room it’s ridiculous.

This was the worst experience ever at a hotel. It took 2 hours to check in; they gave us a key to a room that was already occupied and we were not the only ones that had this experience. The staff was overwhelmed and did not know how to deal with the situation and had to call the manager. The hotel had no food and was dirty and unclean. The room had no soap and there was a cockroach on the ceiling. It was the horrible and the Radisson should be ashamed.

Booked because they had a restaurant and was told when we got there was one. Then we went to the restaurant and no were not allowed to eat there. We had to eat a terrible pizza at the bar. Front desk was slow and they didn't have knowledge of simply questions. Room was very SMALL, no place to sit or put your belongings. Bed was comfortable though.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and limited transport services. They run a shuttle service but it’s a best kept secret. They will call a taxi if required. Food is very limited and on the second night I my stay the restaurant was closed. Only option was bar service. That consisted of rice bowls which was literally raw and poor. Bar service is rude at worst and none existent at best. No one really seems to know what they are doing. The hotel manager walks up and down, assured of his own importance but unaware of his ineptitude. Avoid!

Room and bed was good but a little small but there were no glasses or mugs in the room and had to go to reception to get two glasses. Temperature in the room was 32 degrees when we arrived and had to open a window to cool down. Shower and bathroom fine.

Had a great stay during our layover in Munich. Bed was super comfortable, we had a nice, much-needed sleep. Room and overall hotel are clean and well maintained.

A hotel in an office building seemed just too quirky at first - but it wasn’t; it was - characterful. The lobby area with its nooks and retreats was fun and the room was fine - for considerably less than other choices nearby. I liked it!

This hotel is a proper corporate hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable and well managed. The location was exceptional on a plaza in the old sector. The only thing missing was the easy friendliness of a family run hotel. The staff were pleasant, occasionally a bit brusque, but just not as personable as a smaller hotel staff would have been. If you don’t want that, and the lesser friendly staff wouldn’t bother you, then this is a great hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the staff is the only reason this hotel didn’t get a five.

Overall the hotel has a new feel to it and has spacious and inviting common areas. Its located close to the airport however getting there by public transportation is a hassle while downtown Munich is still a good one hour away. The basic room is so small there is hardly any room to move around. The linens, towels and bedding felt fresh. The staff mostly does not speak german and appeared a bit indifferent to the guests.

Staff was ok at best. The front desk wasn’t able to print a receipt so they were to send an emailed receipt. It hasn’t been received yet. The restaurant staff person was not overly friendly nor helpful but it was late and maybe they were tired of the tourists. Would I stay here again? Yes but my expectations of service would be lower.
