A good value for money. Around 20 minutes drive from Munich International airport. Shops and bus stops are just next door. We arrived a bit early (2pm) and allowed to check-in as our room was ready. Overall, it was a great base for few days whilst visiting Munich.

The room itself was fine, other that only one bathroom mirror which is hard when two people want to get ready. Staff very unhelpful, asked questions about travel and how to get about which one staff member, dark hair short bob replied, “it’s not my area to help you, ask someone else at the desk, (then laughed and said) welcome to Germany, that’s how it is here no one wants to help” I found her extremely rude. I then asked the gentleman at the desk and he said just used Uber. I would not stay here again

The property is brand new so some listed amenities like laundry weren’t installed yet. Having a kitchen and 3 grocery stores near by, transportation to downtown and a bike rental station nearby was great. We rode the bikes every day through the English Garden into the city. It was a quick, easy inexpensive way to get around. Rooms were on the warm side and I couldn’t find a source of air so open window a lot but not child safe.

Just a bit out of the center but easy to reach by public transport. Paid parking underneath the brand new building. All was very clean and we liked the atmosphere. Messe was easy to reach with uber.

Die Matratzen sind hart und die Decke sowie die Kissen riechen etwas chemisch. Der Teppich im Flur ist ziemlich dreckig. Der digitale Schlüssel funktionierte irgendwie nicht mehr, da wurde uns schnell weitergeholfen geholfen. Das Frühstück ist gut.

Neues und sauberes Hotel mit sehr funktionalen Zimmern (Die Küchenzeile ist top ausgestattet und hat sogar eine kleine Geschirrspülmaschine)! Leider hat das Hotel keine Klimaanlage und wenn man die Fenster nachts auf macht, kann es, je nach Lage des Zimmers, relativ laut werden. Die Matratzen sind sehr hart.

Neue große Unterkunft in München
Neues riesiges Apartment Hotel mit mehreren Gebäuden, welches sich noch im Ausbau befindet. Daher funktioniert momentan noch nicht alles perfekt. Mit Sicherheit wird in einigen Monaten vieles deutlich besser und schöner. Das Zimmer war auf jeden Fall schon wunderbar mit zweckmäßiger Einrichtung, kleiner Küche, Bad und einem bequemen Bett fertiggestellt. Die Lage ist verkehrstechnisch gut, da man schnell auf der Autobahn ist, ohne sich durch den Münchener Verkehr quälen zu müssen.
