I like the location near to the main station. The art works are amazing provided everywhere in the hotel. I definitely want to stay this hotel again next visiting to Munch.

It is a friendly hotel located near to main transportation hub — The Munich Central Station, including long distance bus, train and city public transportation. Unfortunately the bathroom has some problem, the water draining is too slow and my feet always under water. I called for fixing, but problem did not solved completely.

WE HAD A VERY GOOD ROOM WITH EXCELLENT SHOWER IN BATHROOM. THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD WITH A LOT OF CHOICE. THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY & HELPFUL.

Less than a 10 minute walk from the hauptbanhof. Good breakfast. Staff was friendly. I would stay there again.

It's a good hotel and close to the railway station. Room was a bit small and being close to reception I was worried it'd be noisy but it was fine

Fantastic!! The hotel is beautiful, clean, spacious rooms, beautiful bathrooms, bar area gorgeous, included breakfast was amazing, the reception staff was ent above and beyond with everything!! The cleaning people A service!!! Highly highly recommended!!! We will be back!!!

Quiet nice hotel, convenient location at the main train station. Walkable distance to the Marienplatz and all niceties of downtown Munich. IMy room was clean and updated. The only concern was the absence of English speaking channels on TV but the have a free Wifi and was able to use my tablet to get the news

Good family hotel near central train station
Good location near the main train station to get anywhere in the city. Friendly staff, good sized room. No AC/fan in winter, but we could open the windows to air out the room. Big breakfast kept us going most of the day. Overall a good place for our family's visit in Munich.

Excellent budget priced hotel
Excellent hotel situated near the railway station. Very convenient, clean, functional and with excellent & friendly front desk personnel. My stay was very pleasant. Breakfast was also abundant, fresh food and good service. I will book it again if I have the chance to be in Munich. Also excellent value for the money. Thank you.

Nice hotel close to the HBF
Arthotel is a really nice hotel within a short walk from the HBF. The staff was wonderful. They were very professional and helpful. I would continue using the hotel every time i come back to Munich. I have and will continue to recommend the hotel.

Very convenient to train station, friendly staff & good breakfast. Only complaint was that the pull out sofa was wobbly & creaky & had a lot of dirt/dust underneath it.

Price is great
I would definitely stay here again. Loved the free breakfast in the morning that was so yummy! Location is great, staff was super friendly. Rooms are simple but clean. Nice having a futon type couch to sit on as well as the beds. The only thing that I didn’t like was the pillows.

The staff were excellent, located close to main station and Old town. The breakfast was amazing. Rooms had lots of storage for 4 people. Bathroom had a nice large shower. The only down side was it’s located on a very busy street with lots of police sirens so bring ear plugs.

Close to main railway station
Modern style interior - we had a large bedroom and large shower room. Clean and quiet (we were at the rear of the hotel). Fairly good choice at breakfast, enough to get ready for a day sightseeing. Takes about 15 mins to get to Rathaus and Marienplatz, very close to main railway station (Hauptbarnhof) though the area is under development and a little on the 'shabby' side. I am sure that in a few years time, it will be rather different

All the staffs are very nice and helpful. Hotel is very nice and has very good location just next to the main train station. Breakfast is very good. After got back from Salzburg. Booked another night in this hotel again .

I’ve stayed there 2 nights but they didn’t change towels so I just use one twice. More bad is that that is the result of room cleaning in 2nd day.
