My stay here was excellent. It’s within walking distance of the Olympic park, with its beautiful scenery. A short hike up to the top gives beautiful views of the city and the Olympic park. The hotel is located in amongst a plaza that has everything you could possibly need, two bakeries, a well stocked grocery store and fruit and veggie market. Several bistros are available for finger food. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful, accommodated me very well.

Overall an enjoyable stay due to friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The main negative was that there was a lot of dust in the room which clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Also the wifi on the 15th floor wasn’t stable and my phone kept switching back to LTE

Very nice hotel, onsite parking for a fee. Pleasant service, clean room. Good location for BMW museum with subway access very close, easy to get downtown. However, very noisy and was difficult to sleep due to the other guests. Also, cannot control the temperature from inside the room and it was very warm.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Very short walk to the train station, making it very easy to travel all around Munich. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean.

Toilet Problems
Good location! Quick walk to the train station so it was easy to get to our daily destinations. I don’t usually write a negative review but there was something wrong with the toilet in our first room. The staff was slow at getting resolution - like this was a daily occurrence or our fault that the toilet wasn’t flushing. A “plumber” finally came to the room but didn’t solve the no flushing problem? I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. 😬

Good place to stay in Munich
Very nice Hotel in central location. The building might look old from the outside but the hotel is nicely renovated with many olympic details. After we had problems with our first room the staff helped us quickly and professional. All in all a very pleasing experience, would recommend!

Enjoyed our Stay!
Great location close to Olympicpark and BMW museum. Short walk to underground station making it easy to get to Octoberfest! Staff very friendly, speaking English. No charge for coffee and pretzels. On sight restaurant for breakfast buffet which was very good. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Excellent location with many little shops, grocery store and bakeries attached in a little strip mall. Easy access to subway, which we took the entire time in our 4 day stay. Room was a little outdated however staff was great.

I didnt had a good experience but is a combination of bad luck and service. The air conditioner didn’t work but was unplugged, thing i know after sleeping a very hot night. My view is that the hotel has to give you a full working room and i dont have to call 1 am about this. The other problem is that is not easy to arrive by car to the hotel, no signs at all in a very big car park with different levels.

The rooms were nice, the bed was comfy, the facilities were all as expected. The bar stayed open late for us. Great experience. The only downside is that the enterance is quite difficult to find via car, one must go into a carpark, then up a spiral ram 3 stories... which meant uber drivers had a very hard time finding it.

I don't write reviews normally but this time I just wanted to prevent someone to be fulled the same way like me. This is actually a block of flats where only the 13-15th floor is the actual hotel. This can be seen on the main photo which is the actual block of public apartments. Not really hotel its more like rooms to rent and nothing ART definitely. Not clean, dated, bad location, hotel staff rude. I wanted to check out 30 min after the check in and they didn't wanted to refund my payment for my entire stay. Definitely my last stay at this hostel.
