Hello my dear guest you had a booking in our hotel and you came with a girl. As per our location we located in just two minutes inside from main road ( LBS). You reserved the non smoking room and we kept the same as your request. You don't stay in our hotel then how come Sheets had stains and smelt bad. Seen insects. Please don't lie dear there are other review here from hotels.com not only you to say removing from hotels.com. Your main problem was you want the refund but as per policy you don't get that .
