The location is very close to the Railway Station of Mulhouse so it’s very convenient. The room is small and as I used to travel a lot, I have noticed that there was no coffee maker or just water heater in the room. Otherwise all was great, friendly staff etc

Excellent value for money! No complaints.
Ideally located with a few minutes walk of the main line station and close to the tram / bus stops this was the perfect base. Clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. The reception staff were super helpful. Left luggage facility (free) was very handy too.

The positives are: it is within a five minute walk from the Mulhouse Train Station and the staff is nice. BUT the condition of the hotel is the worst I have stayed at. I booked 2 triple rooms for 2 nights. We were given the rooms overlooking the train tracks on the 2nd floor. As soon as you enter the 2nd floor, you see the carpet soaked in stain. There is a stench. When we entered our room, we were shocked by the state of our room: the curtains were not hung properly but instead were stuck to the window so it will not fall - essentially, you cannot open the window to let out the bad smell because the curtains would fall, the toiler paper holder was broken and was fixed with a black tape, the bottom of the elevated shower was broken that my kids were afraid that bugs would crawl out. We could hardly sleep because of the noise of the train, and there is something in the air of the room that made me and my kids constantly sneeze. I know that the place was inexpensive. So i did not expect first class accommodation. What we expected was something clean. That we did not get. We will never return to this place.

Central location next to main train station, close to shops restaurants etc. Entrance is via regular Ibis doors due to covid one-way system. Friendly English speaking staff. Room is standard small Ibis Budget but recently renovated or built, so perfectly fine as a place to sleep and bathe. Good value compared to competition. Bicycle storage is fairly secure in the membership-only communal bike shed 500 metres away next to the station.
