This hotel is fine for a quick stop, but the rooms feel dated, our king bed was in reality 2 beds that were put together and not particularly comfortable. The one redeeming aspect was the on-site restaurant that was excellent.

Good hotel makes the job

Always on top. Réception team is reactive and helpful. Breakfast is OK. Bed is super confortable and room are quiet. Only improvement is that bathroom are getting slowly old as the spa, sauna, hammam and pool ares.

Convenient location when travelling. Room we had was in need of repairs. Stains on the bathroom walls, old furniture, sealant that should have been replaced a long time ago. Room was HOT when we arrived. A/C was noisy and could not do the job. Breakfast was good, seemingly shortstaffed so a lot of (empty) tables had dirty plates etc, but quality was ok. Would not use for future stays.

We arrived late at night. Parking spots infront of the Hotel are for free. The rooms need an refurbishment, our wall was sprinkeld with stains. The bathroom has a lowered ceeling, and a bathtub as a shower. I'm 1,90m and it's the maximum, just 10cm between my head and the ceeling. The breakfast, the stuff was understuffed and had big problems with the service. They don't refill the expensiv stuff like salmon, bacon, fruits etc. At one point, everything at the "bakery" station was empty. They needed 10 min to refill. We wouldn't book it again.

It is a very nice Hotel. The SPA is very nice also the Gym. It's nothing extraordinary but for who likes to spend a couple of calm relaxing days like we did it is perfect. Room Climate was perfect and we even had Dove Shower Gel and Shampoo that smelled so nice.

recently stayed in the Suite, which was the most expensive room available. Based on the description in the Hotels.com app, I was expecting a few extras — including a promised “reward” — but unfortunately, none of that was provided. There were no complimentary items, not even water or soda. We were told we had to pay for those. On top of that, the fridge wasn’t cold enough to properly chill a drink, which was disappointing for a suite-level room. The bathroom was another major issue. The shower drainage was poor — water didn’t flow properly and would collect at my feet during use. Not what you’d expect from a premium room. Despite the room-related issues, I want to highlight the exceptional service at the reception. The lady working there was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions patiently, and really made me feel welcome. A special moment: she kindly offered me a bag to carry something for my daughter — a thoughtful gesture I truly appreciated. It was one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a hotel. 🔚 Overall Impression The Suite did not live up to its price or the promises shown on Hotels.com. If the app advertises a reward or added benefits, those should actually be delivered. That said, the reception staff truly elevated the experience, and for that reason alone, my stay had at least one memorable highlight.

Ok hotel. Venligt personale. Dårlig lademulighed.

Hotel og beliggenhed er fint til gennemrejse. Personalet er venligt. Værelset mangler vedligeholdelse. En pære var sprunget. En sengelampe manglede helt. Holder til bruseren var ved at falde ned. Vi valgte hotellet pga muligheden for at lade vores elbil om natten. Der var ingen ladestander, men kun en almindelig stikkontakt. En fase med 13 A er helt utilstrækkeligt, så hotellet burde ikke reklamere med den mulighed. Det er simpelthen for dårligt.
