Mujeres Beach

Although it is a family-friendly resort, there aren't any activities for the adults. The staff are wonderful and are quick to learn and remember names, preferences, and are very genuine. The only issue we had (if you can count it) was that the cleaning staff regularly had to be called to bring up wash cloths. Our room was cleaned daily and towels refreshed along with the mini bar restocked with soda, water & chips. We truly enjoyed our stay. It's been a long time since we had a hotel or resort with comfortable beds & pillows.

Beautiful resort could be better with alot of noticeable changes. Smells like mold where my room was. The timeshare people hunt you down and bother you throughout your stay. Staff is unfriendly and useless. Especially the ones that clean the rooms.. They seem like they don't want to be there. Though the buffet is "very limited" and serving the same crap everyday it is better than the restaurants on the resort. I had to leave the resort for quality food. The hotel up charges for everything even when you pay for all inclusive. Trust me it's not. The beach totally sucks. Too many medium to large iguanas running around the poolside. Because of the rooms that has the jacuzzi on deck. I almost feel through the floor.
