"The hotel is beautifully designed and carefully curated in every detail, with exceptionally attentive staff. We loved the stylish common areas and the convenient proximity to the ski facilities. During our summer stay, we enjoyed the variety of activities offered and the excellent cuisine prepared by the chef and his team. "We want to let everyone who wants to know about this hotel is that the hotel is great, but hotels.com is really bad. Hotel.com charged an extra $3-400 extra under the category of tax and services. The hotel had no idea what this is for. The hotel just told us to reserve from them directly the next time to bypass these unexplainable charges. Please pay attention on all of the charges before making any reservation with hotels.com, don’t make the mistake that I made."
