"Room was dirty. Stains on the pillows, bed, sheets, towels and curtains.
Didn't want to take our shoes off. Cigarette butt in our sink. Hotel smelled moldy/musty.
Breakfast was poor.
Seems like an abandoned hotel someone just bought and hasn't put much time into it. Definitely do not recommend."
"The Staff was nice, but the hotel was lacking in every way. We understood it was going to be a busy weekend but check in was at 3pm, we didn’t get in our room till an hour later because it wasn’t ready. Parts of the pool were coming off and my Fiancé stepped on a pice of sharp stone( thank god it didn’t cut him). There were cobwebs in the room, the bed was so uncomfortable, and you can hear everything in the room next to you and above you. The hotel was not as pretty as the pictures online and very outdated. I also told the staff we had no towels when we got in our room and they said they were washing them, 2 hours later I still didn’t have towels. I went to the front desk and they said we should have gotten them and that the housekeepers went home for the day. I’m very disappointed in this hotel."
"Been staying here for 12 years this year has been best room so fare fixed a little better more fixing to do to the other rooms so thumbs up to room 200"
"The place is great. It’s clean and cozy and was very friendly and accommodating. The only things I didn’t like was the hot water smelled like sulfur and the bed was way to soft for my liking. Other than those two things it was perfect."
"Somehow, the room key didn't work all sudden on the last day of stay. And the before the check out, a lady approached to my husband and screamed that he had to pay for the breakfast. First of all, it is not necessary to raise a voice to the guest, any circumstance. I don't know what confusion comes from but hopefully they have a little better employee education for future."
