"The hotel lobby had an extremely strong cologne odor that did not go away the entire stay. This was probably the air freshener but it was overpoweringly pungent. The breakfast cost was too high so we walked to the McDonald’s across the street. The room was average and the shower water pressure left a lot to be desired. "

"The room was very big. The breakfast, especially the eggs were inedible. The room was supposed to be handicapped accessible...the bed was much to high, i had to drag the desk chair into the br and push it against the bed so it wouldn't spin...so my mother could dress herself safely. If you promise accessible it should be done correctly. "

"I was unable to check in without my husband there. This was a big inconvenience for me and my three daughters who were traveling alone. There should have been an email or a phone call stating that his card would not be allowed to be used by me even though we have the same last name. I had a panic attack because so anxious about where me and my daughters were going to stay."

"Parking was easy and included. Could use a night light for the bathroom. Free coffee in the lobby and a coffee machine in the room, with tea also. Good overall, our only complaint is check-in asked you pick a room cleaning schedule which they did not follow. This was resolved the next day with housekeeping. Would stay here again."

"The building inside especially beautiful! Our room was gorgeous and the staff friendly and helpful 100%!! The breakfast was unbelievable! Absolutely A+++! Clean, stocked and fresh and hot! Omelets out of this world! I wanted to live there! Thank you thank you thank you!!"

"When we got there elevator was broke entire stay hot tub and pool was shut down. I'm disabled it was very hard to walk stairs to third floor every time I went out so I had stay in room a lot. No discount was given so this was not good place to stay"
