"The room was clean, the staff was helpful. I thought breakfast was included in our stay, but the flyer in the room made it appear that you would be charged for the meal. And I had no idea I would be charged an additional $30 to use the parking garage….."

"At first glance the property is sketchy. Had a security outside all day and night. A lot of unhoused people all down the street. Parking is inconvenient especially with all the unhoused people. I would not recommend for a solo female traveler. I will say staff is amazing and so friendly and rooms were clean and bed was comfy, but the traffic noise kept waking me up. Maybe ask for an interior room or one that doesn’t face the street. It was not good for light sleepers. The hotel is very close to a lot of attractions and we didn’t have to drive anywhere. I will say the unhoused people didn’t mess with anyone and they stayed to themselves so don’t let that deter you from staying. There were a lot of different groups of people out late at night so I felt somewhat safe. And the super amazing staff makes up for any shortcomings."

"Our stay here was great. From the service to the amenities and the actual hotel room. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions. The room was clean and spacious. The location to downtown was perfect for us because there is a bus station and train station 5 min walk from the hotel. They were able to accommodate an early check in for us at 10 am. The staff was very accommodating. The continental breakfast was great too."

"Gated parking is a plus. Staff was amazing. Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious enough to get around easily. I just wish the bathroom sink had more counter space (it was a pedestal sink) and the bathroom had hooks for towels to be hung after use."
