"The staff at the hotel was exceptional. I visited with a party of five, which included two babies—one aged 10 months and the other 9 years—along with my husband and a disabled adult. The hotel was very accommodating, providing us with a handicap-accessible room. I frequently contacted the front desk for assistance, and they were always patient and helpful. However, we were disappointed with the air conditioning units in both of our rooms. During the day, the rooms were freezing cold, which was challenging since three family members depended on me for various needs. At night, our room became uncomfortably hot, which was unfortunate. I raised this issue and received a box fan, but it didn’t help much. This discomfort led to my lower rating, despite everything else being wonderful. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast With the amazing beach front view of Silverdale. "

"I heard wonderful things about this hotel and they were right! Staff are friendly. They have lots of snacks and beverages out at all times for guest and continental breakfast was good. For the rooms, the beds were comfortable with lots of pillows, and everything was clean. We will definitely be staying here again!!!"
