"Old Showa style minimalistic ryokan, but the room for 5 was spacepus (double room) and the tatami beds and beddings arw comfortable. Self-service to put the futon (which was no problem for us). Power plugs and Wifi were abundant. We were fine with steps but for eldery or disabled it may be a challenge. The hot spring bath was nice. "It’s all about dogs there. Love how the Japanese love their furkids. Hygiene measures, dog runs, dog onsen with humans, dogs can access everywhere in this hotel, even the restaurants."

"We stayed at this ryokan for 3 nights and we loved it there! It is family driven and has such a lovely and local feeling. Our room was big, authentic and had a really nice onsen. We received the best breakfast every morning, it was the best we ever had. We also had dinner there 1 night, and it was such an experience. Everything tasted amazing and we loved that the ingredients was local and in season. We also got help for activities. "
