I was offered a room with a king bed and when I opened the door to the room, someone was in there sleeping. I was given a room already given to someone else. I was told they could not refund me since I paid through Expedia. I then booked a room next door t Days Inn Itinerary #H16343089, directly through their website. La Quinta never offered any kind of concession or even empathy. The person running the desk was overwhelmed and had a line of customers waiting to be helped. It was a mess."

"The Property & rooms was very clean & well maintained. Staff was helpful, friendly & courteous. Breakfast was great & the area was clean & food well maintained. A good value & comfortable accommodations."
