"The sheets had not been changed; there was a pool of water on the carpeted floor, and I found another guest's driver's license under the bed. I requested a room change, which they did, but the second room had little hairs dotting each of the bedsheets on the 2 queen beds. I had to put down towels in order to sleep on the beds. The smell was awful, truly a terrible experience. "
"We stayed in the king room with a hot tub. Overall I was very happy with my stay. The room was clean and I am picky about how cleanliness things are. If there was one thing I could give advice on is have the housekeepers defrost the freezers in refrigerators, and that is so minute it didn’t effect my stay at all! If I was to stay in that area again I would definitely stay here!"
"The mountain view was really nice nothing in the game room work properly our little girl was disappointed. The restaurant staff was great, but the indoor pool wasn't ready the day we arrived but good the next day. Parking was no problem, lots to in the area."
Courtyard by Marriott Bethlehem Lehigh Valley/I-78
4/10 Poor
"The heavy curtain that blocks out light had a huge tear in it. The outside shower curtain had mold on the top corner. The soap dish holder had cracks in it. The carpet smelled bad and looked really worn out. Overall, the inside of the property is pretty worn down. Bistro area had old scratched tables and chairs. Couches had stains. I will not choose this property if I ever visit the area again.
The staff was mediocre… only one person was professional and helpful. Nobody could tell me why Marriott kept putting hundreds of dollars on hold on my debit card … At one point I had over $800.00 tied up in pending authorization and my bill was only $469.00

"I usually am on the road about 10 weeks every year. This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in! I found out that the rooms used to be condos. They are spacious and bright. Lots of windows with easy to adjust shades, and the windows have screens so that you can open them. The kitchen was large, well equipped and extremely clean! Plenty of counter space. Has a large sitting area and a large desk. The bed was very comfortable and the shade and curtains make the room dark for sleeping. I was worried beforehand about the parking situation. The lot is across the street and is accessed with a code. Very convenient and safe. The staff members were always helpful, friendly and courteous. The hotel is walking distance from shops, restaurants and downtown attractions. And, the price was comparable to chain hotels, actually less expensive, so, a great value. I usually write shorter reviews, but this hotel deserves all the accolades it receives! "
"Most aspects of our room and the property were fine. However, we were unpleasantly surprised by the absence of a comfort-height toilet, which we have come to expect. Also, I slept on the side of the bed by the wall and found the space available to me beside the bed cramped. In contrast, there was plenty of extra space around the bedside table on the other side of the bed."
