"It was okay, but there seemed to be some renovation work going on at the hotel. Because of that, not all services were available. Also, breakfast wasn’t served at 7:30 – nobody was there yet. It was set up later, which made us almost late for an appointment."

"This hotel is really clean. I was treated to room service everyday. The spa was beautiful well kept and lots of relaxing seating. They had tea on the go whenever you want. The hotel location suited me because i was visiting my family, but the area is very isolated not much going on. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. "Perfect place to stay if you are attending an event at Veltins Arena. The lovely young lady at the front desk even gave a small group of us a ride to the venue. And she was so pleasant and friendly. We even walked back to the hotel after the concert and it was a nice, safe trip. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. This property delivered exactly what we were looking for."
"Nice place with very comfortable bed. A bit noisy location, main problem is that heating system start to vibrate, several times during nigh that woke me and colleagues up.
Very good breakfast, disadvantage is that you have to go outside the hotel to access it. Starts 6.30 though which is perfect for business. Hotel had not regognised the payment from hotels.com so they tried to get paid once more. No problems, they found the payment after a reminder and we got a good receipt for bookkeeping....
