Room was clean and we enjoyed our stay. On second day room was straightened but coffee condiments wasn’t refilled. No big deal though.

I thought it was great so I'll give a 5. Booking, check-in instructions, communication was easy and responsive. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is really cool. On-site staff was engaging, friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Austin I'll book there again.
