"What wonderful accommodations on beautiful grounds right by Lake Taupo! Was getting nervous on our road trip that there was nothing out here, but Tongariro Lodge exceeded any expectations. We stayed in a very comfortable villa, did a load of laundry, and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Would highly recommend!"

"This place is amazing! Such a beautiful, quiet location with great views of Lake Taupo. Our chalet was very clean and comfortable. The hosts, Annie and Mike, were extremely helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here. "

"This was an amazing lodge to stay while we travelled around Tongariro National Park. The owners are very friendly and want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend staying in this hidden gem. If I ever come back I will most certainly stay here again. Also, their breakfast was outstanding. "
