"The outside area of the hotel was clean. The room was clean. The breakfast was really good. They offered different food options. The complaint I have is the very first night of my stay, I woke up around 11:45 p.m. to my ceiling pouring water from the shower above my room. The staff ran in grabbing towels and had to move me to another room. The new room they moved me to looked as if that ceiling had previously experienced water damage as well. Luckily, I didn’t have any issues out of the new room. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. Nobody wants to be awakened to water running from the ceiling. After speaking to the staff, it didn’t seem as if they cared. I will not book here again!!!"

"Welcomed with a smile and courteous service. The hotel room was clean and quiet. The complimentary drinks, at the bar, was a surprisingly good gesture and the breakfast in the morning was way more than expected. Will recommend and I will be back, Thank You!"

"The room was comfortable, could have been cleaner. The stairwell doors (and the 101, 201 end of the building) were very squeaky and seriously need oiled. Could hear every time someone entered/exited."

"I was traveling with my parents, who need an accessible room due to my dad’s limited mobility. This hotel really accommodates that with a roll in shower and bars all around it and the toilet. The only thing that would have been even better is to have a fold down shower seat. But the room was amazing, as it was located in its own small hall with two other accessible rooms. Very spacious and quiet! The breakfast was great and the location is very convenient to I-85, chantilly parkway, and Atlanta highway. Will definitely stay here again!"
