"In a time when genuine customer service and professionalism with a human touch seem to be fading in many places, our 5-night stay at Pocaterra Inn was truly satisfying and well worth the cost. From the very beginning, we were greeted with respectful and friendly service at the front desk. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the overall atmosphere both inside the room and throughout property was peacful, and having breakfast included was a big bonus - especially such a generous, delicious, and well prepared breakfast. The local accessibility was also excellent. A wonderful stay overall."

"We stay here for a night every July. This time were not informed that the indoor water park was under renovations until 2 days prior to check in. I was annoyed, as this is something the kids really look forward to, I sent an email stating such and Alexandra emailed me right away apologizing and extended free breakfast for our family. She also texted me to make sure check in went well and asked if there was anything else we wanted. I am amazed at the service this resort offers, you feel like VIP and very welcomed every time. The view is definitely one that can't be beat either!"

"We checked in late and were given a room with a view of the parking lot. The front desk was very helpful and got us another room with a nice view the next day. The hotel was very nice and clean, had everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer. The daily housejeeping and washer and driver in the room were great!"
