"Were to begin. Will start with the pictures the Travelodge shows on expedia are horribly out of date. The hotel seems to be under construction. The room i stayed in had paint job that looked like it was done in a hurry or by a 5yr old. The door to the restroom didnt lock, do to the lock being older than dirt and the wall had no opening for the lock to enter. The bathroom sink had issues with the faucet hadles. You had to turn them just right I order for the water to shut off. The door to the restroom was completely peeling. The AC would turn off on its own not start backup. The property itself comes off (on expedia) as a clean location, with clean rooms and decent furniture. The outside was dirty, full of trash, and construction trash all over."

"This is a lovely hotel and I will definitely stay here again. Staff is very courteous and helpful. My only issue was that I have a disability that keeps my from using stairs and our room was only accessible by going up stairs or using a weird freight elevator which was constantly not working. I also wish I had been told I could access more areas by going out through the garage. Other than that, the room and staff were lovely, I highly recommend."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was comfortable with great amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. I also loved the convenient location, which made it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience."

"I stayed at Hilton Financial District in San Francisco with my family of four. We arrived around midday, and I do appreciate that the staff accommodated an early check-in by 1:30 PM, which was helpful after travel. However, I was quite surprised and disappointed to learn that our booking (made through Expedia) did not guarantee rooms on the same floor. As we were traveling with children, this was an important consideration for us. At check-in, we were informed that if we wanted rooms on the same floor, we would need to pay an additional fee. This put us in a difficult position, and we felt compelled to pay extra to ensure our family could stay close together. It was frustrating, as this was not clearly communicated during the booking process, and it reduced the value of booking through Expedia. Overall, while the staff were courteous, I would strongly recommend that families confirm room arrangements in advance and that the hotel (or booking platforms) be more transparent about such policies."
