The only reason I cannot give it five stars is that the rooms are rather simple and service on the terrazza can be very slow - as in sitting there with my friends for a while and finally having to go ask to place our order when employees are walking all around us setting up tables. They could definitely improve on that. It certainly will not stop me from going there again and again. They are very pleasant and helpful.
