"This property was unique as it had an indoor pool, jacuzzi and even a snack shop that also contained useful supplies when away from home. Bonus points!
However, there were not enough towels in our room or extra linens of any sort, so we needed to request more. That process was lacking, our phone did not work in the room there were no labels or information to how to reach the front desk. I walked out to the lobby where there was nobody attending to requests or checking. I had to pick up a phone there at the desk to auto dial an employee in which I didn’t even know was an employee- no name tag, no uniform, then had to wait for them to come to the desk for my request. There was screaming up and down the hall before 8am 2 out of 3 mornings by guests and employees checking for room service/ room attendant requests- before 8am. Guests upstairs kept us awake at random times at night as you could hear foot traffic clearly and also in the early morning- so just beware if you have had a long day and are a light sleeper you may want ear plugs or a sound machine on pretty loud. We did enjoy the kitchenette features that were in the room. It’s one of the reasons we booked here so we had places to put groceries for a 3 night stay. I would likely book an Airbnb next time for better sleep and better beds/ pillow quality and less noise. Overall I give it a 3. Pretty basic room with useful kitchenette and pool amenities."
